Job description / Role
- Understands IT Operations and Application environment
- Experience in operating PEGA Systems
- Hands on TABS Applications environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and works with ETLs
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Use efficiently Tabs systems to compliance client SLA
- PL SQL, Unix shell scripting knowledge
- ITIL
- BSc in Computers Science
- Customer handling skills
- Grasp busniess immediately
- 3-4 years experince in CRM Systems and Pega
Requirements
- Perform daily health check for application
- Provide answers to technical questions
- maintain Data collections jobs
- Update the Pega configuration
- Understand basic level of system design
- maintain the TABS CS and Pega integration
- Maintain the integration with Tibco, SMSGW
- Maintain the web-logic AS.
- Maintain the low level configuration for ETLs and applications
- Maintain the DB and System monitoring
- Install licenses
- Gathering and documenting and access system changes and user requirements
- Ensuring systems availability and stability
- Implement configuration changes to the Pega systems and ETLs
- Troubleshoot end user problems
- Provide add hock reports.
- Must have experience in direct customer interactions.
