People Support Services Manager - HR - KSA CP

*This role is open to Saudi nationals only.

Role Profile:
• Responsible of managing the Onboarding and Offborading team in their AOR.
• Support in the design of SOPs and SLAs for both activities and ensuring they are being met.
• Liaise with all relevant Departments to ensure a smooth process for all new joiners and leavers.
• Drive the team to deliver a customer centric service
• The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
• Act as the main point of contact for all new joiners and Leavers at CL C and above, ensure that the team is delivering high service standards to CL D and below Manage the onboarding/ offboarding team ensuring they are delivering a customer centric service from start to finish of their interaction with Employees
• Work closely with all relevant departments (Recruitment, GRD, Payroll, IT) to ensure a smooth start and finish relationships with employees Responsible for the first induction days, ensuring the most enjoyable and engaging welcome to new joiners
• Responsible and accountable of ensuring the team is up-to-date with all regulations in Markets and are being compliant in their advices and communications
• Review of Exit Interview information captured and passing for action to relevant HR Business Partners
• Experience:
• Proven track record in project delivery/implementation gained in project management offices
• Strong Team management experience
• Previous experience in working with databases and other systems with big data, specifically in ways to promote and simplify access to complex data to stakeholders
• Previous experience liaising with vendors at corporate level a plus

• Creative and passionate about improving employee experience
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Good knowledge of Labor Law in general and residency related instructions in particular
• Ability to network and collaborate within the business to maximise own unit's performance
