Job description / Role
A fast-growing entertainment company in Riyadh is currently looking to hire a Performance Manager. The successful candidate would mainly develop, create, design and maintain performance strategy and programs that align with business objectives
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading on performance management concerns, provide coaching, diagnose problems and maintain associate relations
* Create a performance development plan to ensure growth and improvement of the company's talent
* Analyzing performance trends and legal regulations to reduce risks
Requirements
Key requirements:
* Must have a degree in HR/Business Development
* 3- 5 years' experience in HR management
* Excellent oral and written communications skills
* Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
* Practical knowledge of investigative procedures
