Responsibilities

- Collecting strategic and operational performance indicators data
- Analysis of performance based on the results of strategic performance indicators and analysis a Strategic objectives based on the results of performance indicators Operating performance is building operational
- Coordinating with the project management team in order to design initiatives that achieve the results of the performance indicators and harmonize the results of the performance indicators and the initiatives strategic projects and operational projects
- Coordinating with the human resources team when preparing performance cards at the individual level to ensure that they are in line with the performance indicators' strategic and operational objectives at the individual level
- Support the executive decision-making in the company by submitting periodic reports on the performance results of the strategic and operational indicators in accordance with the table The time frame for submitting periodic reports is mentioned in the framework of performance management in the Secretariat, in addition to submitting reports and providing information and data to decision-makers in the company when necessary
- Preparing for performance review meetings and attending them, if necessary
- Contribute to reviewing the strategic and operational performance indicators that make up the annual operating plans of the regulatory agencies
- Documenting, analyzing, and approving change requests related to strategic and operational performance indicators with stakeholders for review and approval by The righteous
- Contribute to the strategy review process as required by the work
- Develop objectives and indicators cards for information in line with the company's performance management framework
- Submit proposals to improve the performance management system and framework in the company

- From3 To 6 Years of experience
