Job description / Role
We are currently working with a well established group company in Saudi Arabia who are looking for a Male Personal Assistant to support the CEO of one of their businesses. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, efficient, organised, a good communicator and flexible.
The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Arranging international travel, visas, accommodation and occasionally travelling with the manager to provide assistance
- Maintaining office systems
- Screening all phone calls, enquires and requests
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
- Producing documents, reports, presentations and briefing papers
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Organising office layout and maintaining office supplies
Requirements
- Be fluent English (Arabic would be a plus)
- Have 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant
- Have a degree
- Work well under pressure
- Have excellent organisational skills, good written and spoken communication
- Have a calm and professional manner
- Be a strong user of Microsoft Packages
- Always maintain a pleasant and outgoing personality
- Be flexible on working hours
