Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a distinctive International Luxury Brand based in Riyadh. They are searching for an experienced Personal Shopper to drive the sales to boutiques and increase their clientele portfolio.
The Personal Shopper will be required to build their own personal client book whilst holding personal shopping appointments in person or online. This role will be responsible for communicating directly with clients through chat-based media to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries and sell desired items, researching, sourcing and finding product to satisfy the client requests and needs.
In addition, this role will manage special orders directly from HQ and ensure a seamless personable experience as well as collaborate with internal departments that will improve the overall customer journey and generate new business.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a client book of HNW individuals and have established long lasting relationships. Previous experience in Personal shopping or senior sales role within Luxury retail is a must. Our client is looking for someone who is sales driven, with an outstanding knowledge of the fashion industry, brands and styling. This role is open to Saudi Nationals only.
