Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.

This person will have experience in managing a factory responsible for panel building/integration. You will oversee all the daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. The successful candidate will have the key skills to develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the quality, performance, output, and on-time delivery for manufacturing process
- Achieve breakthrough levels of manufacturing performance in quality, cost, cycle time, and productivity.
- Benchmark against "Best in Class."
- Insure manufacturing operations are in compliance to applicable environment, Hygiene and safety requirements
- Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day Manufacturing operations
- Establish and support quality metrics in production within manufacturing to assure high quality products are delivered to the customers.
- Establish goals and responsibilities for direct reporting staff, develop their skills and measure them against their department's quality, output, and on-time delivery.
- Actively lead, mentor, and coach direct reporting staff and provide operational guidance to manufacturing support organizations.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with Engineering and Sales.
- Identify and justify staffing and capital requirements to meet the revenue plan.
- Actively model and teach SEL values and culture to convey the SEL vision to employees.
- Identify and address personnel issues
- Continuously identify, measure, follow, and improve manufacturing area processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years factory management experience
- Knowledge of electrical protection systems
- Panel building/integration factory manager experience
- Strong writing, documentation, reporting and interpersonal skills
- Strong Managerial communication skills
- Strong Management Routines skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills
- Familiar with ERP tools and data management
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Transferable Iqama
- Bachelors’ degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years related experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience to meet cost, schedule, quality, and performance standards
- Knowledge of SEL products, customers, and vendors
- Previous experience/broad understanding of safety systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies.
- Advanced knowledge in Lean Manufacturing with practical experience
- Ability to follow detailed technical instruction
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
