PMO Scheduler
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PMO Scheduler TO JOIN THE THALES TEAM IN SAUDI ARABIA.
The PMO Scheduler will perform updates of Project Schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather schedule changes and progress from various internal stakeholders
- Implement those changes in the schedule, highlighting when needed variances and/or trends
- Contribute to schedule analysis and identification of critical forthcoming items
- Contribute to corresponding reporting by having part of overall progress report responsibility
- Suggest schedule improvements / workarounds and solutions to overcome potential problems detected
- Contribute to claims process by relevant schedule analysis.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
- A planning experience and the use of Primavera as well as MS Project is a must.
- Planning experience in a construction environment would also be an asset.
- Arabic speaking and writing is highly desirable.
