Job description / Role
Power Plant Manager - KSA
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per annum + accommodation + flights + medical
Location: Saudi Arabia
Our client is an established business within the power industry, looking for an experienced power plant manager to oversee production at their Thermal Power Plant.
Main Duties:
* Accountable for all aspects of the operation, maintenance and engineering activities
* Managing strategy for continuous improvement
* Responsible for directing and monitoring the day-to-day activities of the Plant teams to achieve and maintain high levels of cost-effective equipment reliability
* Responsible for overall safety, environmental and regulatory matters
* Responsible for compliance with all plant contracts and documents
* Oversee the planning and implementation of maintenance and outage activities
Requirements
* Be degree qualified in an engineering subject
* Have extensive experience in the Operations and Maintenance of CCGT power plants
* Have experience as a Plant Manager
* Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate will have:
* MSc in an engineering subject
* Chartered status
* Recognised safety qualification (NEBOSH or similar)
* Middle East experience
