PRO - Saudi National

Job description / Role

MacKenzie Jones are currently working in partnership with a leading international security company to recruit for a PRO on a permanent basis located in Dammam. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an international business who are commencing their operation in Saudi.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have a strong background within immigration and governmental procedures. Due to the nature of the position it is also essential that you are a Saudi Arabian National.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the processing of applications including employment visas, trade license, labor permits etc
- Implement and maintain a tracking system to keep all visas up to date
- Build and develop string relationships with government relations
- Manage expense reports and liaise with finance to ensure reports are submitted on time
- Represent the business where needed at hospitals, hotels, airports, embassies etc

Requirements

To be successful in this role it is essential that you are a Saudi Arabian National and have previous experience in PRO role. You will also hold a valid Saudi Driving license and be fluent in English both written and spoken.
