Prepare procedures for business areas as per approved guidelines received from Procedure Manager.
Review procedures prepared for business areas to analyze and accept the impact on area concerned.
Prepare user manuals and other procedures manuals.
Complete changes to business processes as per the approved guidelines received from procedure manager.
Attends to any other relevant tasks as assigned.
Bachelor Degree Business Administration or similar .
4 years Banking experience and previous experience of procedures writing.
Must be proficient in English and Arabic both spoken and written.
Good analysis skills.
Good knowledge of bank procedures, products and of local regulations.
Ability to write reports / correspondence.
Ability to solve practical problems tactfully.
Organizing, Administrative and Interpersonal skills.
