In this 360 consulting role you will have the opportunity to work closely with the best across industry and professional
functional advisory services to provide consulting services across the end-to-end Procurement Value Chain. This role will lead the the delivery of the scope of work, manage a team of consultants, monitor project financials, ensure quality, and on-time service delivery.

Description

* Spearhead the creation of compelling proposals, in-depth discussion documents, and authoritative 'points of view' on various procurement topics.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation's network to contribute to internal initiatives such as developing learning and development curriculums, digital assets, and more.
* Take charge of crafting intellectual capital. This includes the creation of insightful articles, approach documents, and materials for conferences.
* Demonstrate a robust comprehension of cutting-edge procurement technology platforms, emphasizing the ability to digitize and automate procurement processes effectively.
* Exhibit a profound understanding of regional localization agendas, discerning their objectives and driving forces, while also identifying key enablers essential for success.

Requirements

* Bachelor's or master's (preferred) degree
* 4+ years of experience preferably as a Management Consultant
* Experience in managing proposal writing efforts, participating in pitches for consulting work
* Have managed at least one major workstream of the business design and/or implementation oversight
* Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues
* Functional expertise in Supply Chain or Procurement
* Fluent in English and multilingual Arabic speaker preferred
* The ability and willingness to travel (approx. 60-70%) within the Middle East and worldwide where the project dictates
