Job description / Role
Sitting within the Procurement Excellence team, this new Manager role will work in close collaboration with all Procurement Leaders as well as other important internal stakeholders such as IT, HR, and Finance. The Procurement Excellence Manager will be mainly focusing on Source to Pay system optimisation, reporting, change management and Procurement training and capabilities development

Description
* Developing end-to-end learning journey of procurement staff.
* Create procurement KPIs and dashboards to support deliverables.
* Improves source-to-pay (S2P) work flow automation.
* Continues to drive the transformation agenda and ensures procurement team is trained on newly-changed systems to support the Change Management programs.
* Drives continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Requirements
* Experienced in implementing capability development, training, and change management programs.
* Knowledge in procurement processes and a good track record in S2P processes.
* Knowledge in procurement technologies (SAP-Ariba, S/4 HANA).
* Prior experience in category/sourcing management is preferable.
