Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Procurement Executive to be based in our branch in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:
Implementation of policies and procedures relating to the operations of Material procurement activities to meet the requirements and needs of the sectors and departments concerned and the study and evaluation and selection of suppliers as well as to monitor their performance and the quality of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

- Work together with the organizational units involved in the sector to assess and understand the needs and requirements of the procurement.
- Supervise on the purchase orders received from organizational units under the planned budgets and include them in the procurement plan.
- Provide the necessary support to the general services manager in the preparation of studies and surveys of the market in order to access to better prices and quality required.
- Review of the purchase orders issued and make sure to match with the approved specifications and the required quantities.
- Communicate with suppliers in the event of receipt of a damaged, incomplete or not in conformity with the specifications and following-up materials returned procedures.
- Collecting all necessary data to help the establishment of a database of prices of materials that are consumed frequently and their most important suppliers.
- The nomination and selection of new suppliers and the preparation of their studies and evaluate the price and quality of materials provided by them.
- Establish a lasting strategic relationships with suppliers to get a preferential treatment to all the criteria (price, delivery terms, etc....).
- Carry out any assignment or other tasks related to the job under the guidance of the General Service Manager.

Requirements

Holding a high school or B.Sc. in his field of work and very fluent in reading, writing and speaking the Arabic and English languages and good in typing and using computer and good in keeping documentation and archiving with experience of (5) years of his field of specialty.
