Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Radio Program Production Scheduler tasks:

- Responsible for managing schedules and budgets, meet the needs of crew members on set, and perform other general administrative duties
- Work closely with the production team to deliver and jointly manage project schedules for contract compliance and overall project workflow
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external production teams to ascertain the most accurate production information such as production schedule, shoot locations, credits, scripts, and graphics.
- As assigned, review with Production manager production schedules, treatments, scripts, rough cuts, fine cuts, final screening copies, and other materials
- Manage and distribute production delivery schedules, shooting locations, production company information, and other relevant program updates using appropriate databases
- Track deliverables and communicate fulfillment of production milestones, production issues or changes, to project team members
- Arrange meetings, conference calls, assist with travel arrangements as requested
- Provide timely updates on production schedules, milestone payment confirmation and other deliverables information
- Perform other related duties as requested or required
- Maintain a high standard of professional conduct, exercising diplomacy and tact at all times

Requirements

Candidate shall meet the following Educational and/or Work Experience requirements:

- Bachelor degree in related field and globally recognized industry accreditation or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience
- A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience as production assistant or Coordinator
- Working knowledge of field and post-production.
- Experience working with commercial, broadcast or production organizations.
- Excellent organization, detail orientated prioritization, time management and communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Farmers Wife or other similar software an advantage
- Fluent in English language with excellent verbal and written communications skills
