Overview

We are seeking a Prof Dev/Trng Adv to join Saudi Aramco's Loss Prevention organization (LP). LP is made up of four main entities - namely, a Technical Services Department, NA/SA Loss Prevention Department, RT & Regional Area Loss Prevention Department, and Global Safety Assessment & Compliance Division. Leading all elements of safety for the business ranging from technical to field support, this organization is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of safety and technical training courses. The primary function of the Prof Dev/Trng Adv is to provide training support in the coordination and delivery of LP-led courses to management, employees and proponents.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all training-related procedures are administered and followed.
- Develop and maintain project training matrix, annual project training plan and budget.
- Ensure all LP employees have individual development plans and these plans are regularly reviewed and adhered to.
- Liaise with training providers to ensure that identified needs are met and that delivery is high quality and continually reviewed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Establish regular reporting process about the progress with Training & Competence key performance indicators (KPI's).
- Liaise with business partners and proponents to assess and prioritize training requests to ensure business timelines are met.
- Partner with internal trainers to build schedules ensuring optimal use of class capacity, trainer time and cost.
- Partner with external training suppliers to build cost effective schedules.
- Organize all necessary logistics such as learning support materials and booking facilities and equipment.
- Communicate with business stakeholders to ensure employees are aware of training events and schedules.
- Process attendance data and update the Learning Management System with utmost data integrity.
- Oversee and maintain in-house training facilities and necessary equipment.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Education.
- Minimum of eight 8 years' experience in the applicable field.
- An excellent ability to communicate in English with peers as well as members of management, and be able to produce clear and concise oral and written reports in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain effective and respectful working relationships; applied team effectiveness skills and contributes to the achievement of team goals.
- Demonstrated ability to review and revise training material, draft communication on training programs and other initiatives with limited instructions or precedent.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet multiple time-based deliverables requiring a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work.
- "Quality First" mindset and highly attentive to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to foster teamwork by networking, discovering synergies and leveraging resources.
