Program Manager

Job description / Role

• Formulate, organize and monitor projects milestones and process
• Monitor strategies and objectives
• Coordinate cross-project activities
• Control and evaluate project KPI and performance for each department
• Develop and control deadlines activities
• Apply change, risk and resource management
• Assume responsibility for the program department’s people
• Assess program performance
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
• Prepare reports for Managing Director & Operation Managers

Requirements

Knowledge:
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage

Experience:
• At least 10 years of experience in relevant roles
• Experience managing, and motivating staff
• Must be adaptable and able to quickly and effectively develop and balance multiple relationships, and get results from a variety of people

Education:
• BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
