Job description / Role
The main responsibilities and tasks are:
• Lead, in collaboration with all the relevant project team departments, the definition of revenues and cost forecasts of the assigned projects according to the latest activities schedules and WBS
• Support the project management decisions on cost and time optimizations
• Prepare reports on project progress and relevant KPI’s, cost variances and finances ensuring all relevant information are shared within the project management team
• Monitor the billing processes and the collection of payments from the clients
• Monitor the project cash flow
• Provide regular updates on the status of projects to key stakeholders, including executives and company management
• Support the contract management team on claim and change order
• Organize the risk and opportunity meeting in order to provide an updated risk register and related mitigation plans
Requirements
• University Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Economics
• Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years of experience as a Project Controller/Cost Controller
Specialist knowledge:
• Financial Analysis, Project Management, Revenue & Cost Forecasting
Language Fluency:
• Excellent Commands in English – Arabic Language skills are additional advantage.
