Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in establishing / delivering formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and project.
- Interface with EPC and contractors to update and forecast cost to produce Cost status reports
- Set up proper WBS and CBS, produce cash flow and cost forecast reports.
- Challenge any claims and EOT requests.
- Making recommendations for possible acceleration.
- Developing the document control system and communication flow for the project.
- Reviewing construction programmes received from contractors and analysing them in line with the contractual requirements
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Possess 7-10 years of total experience in project controls with substantial cost engineering experience and cost forecasting.
- Experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia; a plus.
- Strong experience in PCM of major pharma or manufacturing projects preferred.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision;
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills
