Job description / Role
Client is a leading European engineering consultancy who have been awarded a high profile design review and supervision contract by the ministry of interior in Saudi Arabia.
They are currently looking to recruit and experienced project controls manager to be based at their busy office in Riyadh.
You will be responsible for a team of planning and a scheduling professionals as well as cost control, document control, reporting, liaison with the project management and technical team to help ensure that the project is completed on time and as per the clients requirements.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in civil engineering or architecture and will preferably be a member of a recognised professional institute. Candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 20 years experience in project management, planning and scheduling on major building construction projects .
Candidates should also have come from a consultancy or PMC background and should have experience of working on design review and supervision contracts. Candidates must have experience in KSA and should be fluent in written and spoken English and should have an all round understand and knowledge of building construction.
