Project Coordinator

Job description / Role

Candidates with relevant experience and Transferable Iqama

The Project Coordinator will be required to facilitate the smooth implementation of Client Projects.

Specifically, he will be required to:
- Support the Business and Projects throughout the SDLC (Prince 2)
- Methodology, in Concept definition, Discovery and Acquisition.
- Assist Vendors with the Implementation of Projects within the Bank.
- Handle the coordination of Quality Management for Projects.
- Handle the gathering, modelling and verifying Business requirements.

Requirements

- University degree (BS in Computer will be an added factor)
- Worked at least five years in IT, two years in this position.
- Knowledge in Bank Operations, Business, Requirements, Testing and
- Program Management
- Delivery and Roll out of at least 1 Project

Knowledge in:
- Bank Business Strategy
- IT strategy
- IT Infrastructure

SKILLS:
- SDLC (Prince 2) Methodology
- Development for Specification of requirements
- Project Management Methodology
- Communication
- Rollout Management
- Risk Management
- Issue management
- Testing Management
- Ability to prepare and conduct presentations, seminars, etc.
- Expert use of MS Office Tools (MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
