Job description / Role
Project Director - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Client is one of the region’s leading Contractors operating across various countries in the Gulf with a very strong presence in Saudi Arabia. My client specialise in civil and building projects across the Kingdom, these projects are on a large scale and are quite often iconic in the construction sector.
They are currently looking for a Project Director to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- BSc (Bachelors) qualified in Civil Engineering (Ideally holding a Masters)
- No less than 18 years experience since graduation.
- This experience must have been with reputable contractors
- Must include residential projects / Large scale projects
- Project experience from start to completion and handover of the project to the client.
You will be a strong, hands-on manager reporting to the Vice President of the Business Unit, with the capability to work on-site with the general labour force and tactical awareness to deal face to face with a demanding client.
You will have demonstrated the successful delivery of large-scale, complex projects in the Middle East region which have exceeded $500million.
Completion of large scale projects is essential in the role of Project Director.
