Primary objectives:
- To plan, coordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of large projects by directing a project manager or team of project managers/area managers.
- To ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded.
- To achieve or better the budgeted gross .
- To provide strong HSE leadership.

Project Execution and Management:
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.

- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to optimize project efficiency.

Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

Essential skills/experience:
- Ability to direct a project, with the direct supervision and coordination provided by the Project Manager(s).
- Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment .
- Excellent leadership and communication skills .
- High level of customer focus .
- Previous experience as a project manager on projects in excess of US$50m total value.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree
- Experience in relevant industry.
