Project Director - Client Side

Job description / Role

An on-site, delivery focused Project Director is required for a highly respected client with a large residential project in Riyadh.

The Project Director will work for a large client side company with a strong portfolio of existing assets and ongoing projects. My client has a proven legacy of 40+ years and is currently playing crucial roles in real estate development across The GCC.

The Project Director is required to;
- Take charge of the 1st phase of a multi phase residential development in Riyadh
- Provide site based leadership and direction
- Ensure the project is delivered to time and budgetary targets as well as ensuring Health & Safety and quality standards are kept.
- Provide 'on the tools' site direction when required.

Requirements

- A strong contracting background, working for main contractors
- Strong on-site delivery experience
- Held an equivalent Construction Director level position on a large residential project
- (desireable) held a position as Construction Superintendent
- (desireable) a trades background
