Our client is a top 5 main contractor in KSA and middle east specialising in building, infrastructure, airport and defense facilities, MEP including;

- High-rise towers & mixed-use buildings
- Residential & commercial complexes
- Large-scale housing projects
- Hospitals & medical complexes
- Infrastructure developments & utilities
- Airports

Projects include high-rise towers using the latest international construction techniques and advanced systems to deliver such prestigious landmarks and smart tower projects. Landmark projects include iconic Kingdom Tower in Riyadh which stands at over 300 meters high, several towers at King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, as well as other towers and high-rise buildings in Dubai, Doha and Beirut.

Requirements

- Bachelor in Engineering, Masters preferred
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organization / project management skills, and a proven ability to motivate and manage teams and with substantial P&L responsibility
- Minimum 18 years’ experience in project management a comparable sized operation to ESEC
- Experience in the Middle East is a strong plus
- Strong problem solving and strategic planning and execution skills
- Fluent in English and preferably Arabic language

Suitable candidate will have extensive previous experience in similar projects within a large UK or Irish Main Contractor.

Candidate should have Middle Eastern experience (not essential) and over 15 years Project Manager with a well-established Main Contractor
