Project Director (Construction) – Saudi Arabia

Linum Consult’s client is a major construction consultancy, well-established in the Middle East. They are currently seeking a Project Director for a mega scale construction project in Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing the day-to-day project performance in a client-facing role, ensuring works are completed to schedule, to budget, and to a high quality
• Ensuring the client’s satisfaction and addressing any raised issues that the client has
• Coordinating and preparing meetings with the Steering Committee, alongside the management team
• Overseeing personal development of all team members
• Keeping informed of all project’s aspects and following up on any issues
• Reducing and resolving any deficiencies in authority, communication, or reporting by re-developing and organising team members’ roles

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture from a reputable University
• At least 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with a history of working on mega scale commercial construction projects, such as mixed use developments, large malls, luxury hotels, or luxury apartments
• Immediate availability or one month’s notice maximum
• Fluent in spoken and written English
