Job description / Role
Global Main Contractor operating across 10 countries, currently with several high profile jobs in the Middle East.
They specializing in landmark high value projects across Build including High rise, Mixed use as well as Civils and Infrastructure.
They are looking for a Project Director to run a large Mixed Use project in Saudi Arabia.
The scheme features 2 high rise residential towers, a 5* hotel and commercial buildings.
Requirements
- Western educated.
- Experience running a high rise project (20 storey +) as a Project Director.
- Main contractor experience in the Middle East as Project Director.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong character / personality.
- Good stints with previous employers.
- Excellent organisation and management.
