Job description / Role
This position requires extreme attention to detail and would suit someone with broad experience in high rise/ building construction and project management for projects related to high rise, low rise, towers, hospitals, universities, complex, residential, schools, mosques etc, ideally been the Project Lead.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience.
• Must have been a project lead on a project start to finish , Minimum Project Value AED 500 Million or more
• Extensive experience in building construction projects.
• At least 80% experience in main contractors.
• Should have led projects from start to end.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Experience in Contractors (no consulting or owner background).
• Ability to work autonomously
• Middle East experience.
