Project Engineer

Job description / Role

- Create MSP file for fixed assets and submit to customer for review and approval.
- Follow-up of submitted MSP to get task numbers which is pre-requisite for invoicing
- Update sitehandler for submitted and approved MSP per job number.
- Create job numbers and upload BOQ in SQL and sitehandler.
- Support design team to update BOQ in SQL for MOP revisions.
- Create implementation orders in sitehandler and link related job numbers.
- Support CPM’s to analyze job numbers having work orders about to expire and prepare the letter requesting customer for stop work order.
- Support CPM’s to respond to customer for job numbers having penalties and update penalties master sheet.
- Support project planners whenever required.
- Monitor work order issued by customer and make sure that sitehandler is updated and copy of work order collected from customer.
- Prepare and send standard daily progress reports to customer and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor as-built update in SQL and make sure that as-built for job numbers with pat documents are correctly updated.
- Prepare reports as requested by CPM’s from sitehandler or SQL.
- To do task with quality and very minimum supervision

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or equivalent;
- Basic knowledge of telecommunication systems required to prepare MSP
- Skilled in using MS Windows & MS Office;
- Good problem analysis and attentions to details;
- Good communication skills and social ability
- Be flexible, enthusiastic, and pro-active;
- Fluent in English speaking, understanding and writing;
- Willing to learn and take responsibility other than the above task
