Project Financing Manager

Job description / Role

- Responsible for building project financing solutions, capital budget planning, including deal negotiation and structure solution
- Build and maintain relationships with international / local banking and financial institutions
- Analysis clients’ operation performance, prepare relevant reports and organizational assessment to management
- Provide professional advice in corporate financing, familiarize with finance rule & regulation, products and banking environment
- Perform others works as reasonably directed by the Company

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, overseas exposure with project financing experience in telecommunication / building / construction industry is an advantage
- Working experience in Middle-East country is a plus
- Familiarize with financial products and banking / financial environment
- Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in both English and Chinese spoken and written skills (Arabic Speaker will be an assets)
- Willing to travel frequently
