Project Manager

Job description / Role

- Ensuring the completion of the project within the budget.
- Ensure site activities are conducted as per drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Planning and scheduling the project..
- Reviewing and preparing variation orders of the proposed changes by client / consultant and their impact on time.
- Ensuring availability of resources.
- Coordinating and solving problems between different departments
- Ensuring the environment, health, and safety of the project.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in (Civil OR Arch)
- 20 Years of Experience
- Degree and membership of chartered institution worked as PM for over 12 years
- Middle East experience (prefer Saudi Market)
- Detail oriented
- Strong safety background
- Strong management skills
- Site supervision & consulting experience
- Has managed large teams
- Strong in all construction disciplines with the knowledge of “HOW TO’
- Strong knowledge of cost management
- Strong construction coordination knowledge
