Project Manager

This role has a key contribution in delivering the value of the whole firm to our customers by project managing and leading specialized consulting activities to deliver replicable and scalable packaged solutions in order to gain new business, win market share and increase customer satisfaction. This position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia reporting to the Head of Implementation and Consultancy, MENA. This role would be a hybrid role carrying out both Project Management and Functional responsibilities
- Provide Project/Program management for projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and in line with customer expectations
- Follow Project/Program management practices while delivering the projects with effective communication rhythm covering internal and client stakeholders
- Take a leadership role as deemed necessary in the implementation areas of Solutions projects involving technical and functional consultancy
- Drive and monitor project profitability
- Hold de-briefing sessions at the end of project with the internal and/or customers' stakeholders
- Demonstrate Accountability in securing revenue per plan and provide accurate forecasting activities
- Participate in Functional/Workflow related workshops to gather detailed requirements of the customer
- Provide functional expertise and/or training to customers based on the scope to be delivered
- Assist in the preparation of complex technical proposals through customer requirements gathering and analysis, design of solutions architectures, high level project plan and estimation of professional services effort required for implementation
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with peers on the experience gained in the solutions projects
- Develop customer relations at appropriate level to become a trusted business advisor
- Develop into subject matter expert in one or more customer business workflows and related solutions packages and products, providing domain expertise to our customers relative to solution propositions

Requirements

- Atleast 4+ experience in Frontline customer facing roles
- At least 4+ years of experience in designing, delivering or supporting Solutions in the Financial Compliance and Risk domain predominantly in Screening solutions like Name screening, payment screening, transaction monitoring, trading surveillance
- Strong knowledge of I.T technologies
- Financial & Business Acumen that helps client to quantify financial value of the solutions
- Have functional, analytical, architecture and design skills around distributed infrastructure solutions across differing jurisdictions, locations, platforms & software
- Must be a proactive self starter and possess the ability to solve problems and address issues with creativity and innovation
- Enterprise wide thinking - able to give end to end solutions
- Ability to influence and manage customer expectations
- Largely independent in driving day to day responsibilities without management intervention
- Knowledge of financial markets; compliance workflows and understanding of business requirements
- Ability to multitask in a demanding environment with competing priorities to meet customer deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an agile approach based on the audience
- Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment and influence groups outside of organization to execute efficiently
- Fluent in English and Arabic is mandatory
- Certification - PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent
