Job description / Role
Project Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Lead program management team to provide oversight of construction contractors, construction management firms, and engineering/design firms active under the program.
- Assure program coordination, develop sequence of project work, maintain program-level schedule, track work progress, provide cost control, identify and manage risk at the program level.
- Provide oversight of QA/QC and health and safety procedures.
- Coordinate preparation of bid packages for the next development phases.
- Provide guidance to MODON on change management and resolution of construction claims
Requirements
- BS or MS in engineering or construction management
- 15+ years of experience in management of large construction programs or projects
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineering registration
- Experience in the Middle East
- Proficiency in Project Management tools within CH2M framework
A VISA will be required to work in KSA
