Project Manager - Fit Out

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our fitout construction team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion within the fitout construction industry. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource requirements
- Overseeing the execution of fitout construction projects from start to finish
- Managing project teams and ensuring clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
- Identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery
- Reporting project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Managing project budgets and financial performance, including cost control and forecasting
- Providing leadership and mentorship to project team members

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fitout construction industry
- Strong understanding of fitout construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) would be an advantage
- Fluency in both English and Arabic would be preferred
