Project Manager - Building Controls & Automation (Saudi National)

Job description / Role

Seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the implementation and delivery of major building controls and systems integration projects. This position is open to Saudi Nationals only due to the Nitaqat initiative.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for driving projects, ensuring on time delivery within scope with zero or positive deviation. We are looking for a true project manager who can lead the creation and maintenance of the project plan. This will include working with the customer’s project manager to coordinate major milestones and resolve schedule issue.

In addition the Project Manager will manage project specific installation operations teams in the effective adoption, implementation and compliance with company policies, processes, procedures, tools and business best practices.

Requirements

- Around 10 years’ experience or installation and implementation of complex building management systems
- Thorough knowledge of Project operations and financial processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- Bachelors Degree in related subject
- Role open to Saudi Nationals only
