Job description / Role
Allen & York are looking for a Commissioning Project Manager for a power plant construction in Saudi Arabia.
Duties include:
- To plan, develop, co-ordinate and direct start-up activities for the power plant project.
- Provide start-up assistance at the jobsite.
- To assist with the identification of hand over systems and the establishment of priorities and sequence of completion.
- To interface with Client's operation staff and keep them informed of system completion status.
- To ensure that work being performed is within scope of services and within budget.
- To make contact with client management at key points throughout projects to ensure that start-up aspects are meeting client requirements.
Requirements
- 10 + years of relevant experience in Commissioning aspects in power plant/petrochemical industry
- The candidate should have experience of working in the GCC.
- 12 month contact initially that could go to 24 months.
