The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination of the project from design through to delivery, management and coordination of all drawings, managing external CAD specialists in both 2D and 3D drawing/modeling submissions, liaising with authorities and associated submissions, interface with client, consultants, suppliers and subcontracts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and located in KSA with transferable Iqama
- To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:
- Proven work history of MEP and Construction processes on large scale building projects such as luxury hotels, airports, mixed developments or hospitality projects
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar position
- Fluency in English written and spoken
