Employment: Full Time

Project Manager - Elevator - Makkah, Saudi Arabia

- £Understand the contract conditions with respect to FIDIC terms.
- Recruiting project staff, Managing and leading the project team.
- Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
- Detailed project planning and control including:
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
- Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
- Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
- Monitoring project progress and performance.
- Managing project training within the defined budget.
- Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management.
- Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
- Final approval of the design specification.

Requirements

- You will hold either a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
- You will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
- You should have delivered at least couple of projects having SR 10 million VT contract value.
- Spoken Arabic is a distinct advantage.
- Have a high level of PC Competency/Computer Knowledge and presentation skills
