Project Manager (High Rise, Commercial) - Jeddah

International Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager, to run a high-rise project in Jeddah.

This 500m (SAR) development is a mixed-use scheme featuring 60 high-end residential units and commercial space over 40 storeys.

They are looking for an experienced (contracting background) western Project Manager who has 'been there an done it' with a reputable business in the Middle East.

Requirements

- Main contracting background
- Experience delivering a high-rise project in the Middle East
- Western educated with relevant degree in Construction Management
- Excellent man-management skills as they will be responsible for directly managing a large team
