Project Procurement Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently recruiting a Procurement Manager for our Saudi Arabia operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a cost effective, efficient and professional procurement service to designated project.
- Achieve target better buying objectives outlined by policy.
- Maintain a professional relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Establish detailed procedures and policies in accordance with those listed in the Project Management Procedures in order to achieve common work practices and guidelines throughout the projects.
- Ensure materials ordered conform to specification and to the required quality.
- Expedite orders to ensure that materials are delivered on-time.
- Ensure that all orders contain commercial terms and conditions incorporating any onerous conditions imposed in the specific contract
- Ensure that the procurement process complies with the subsidiaries and corporate lines and limits of authority and Quality Assurance procedures.
- Carry out monthly project procurement functional reviews & departmental meeting.

Requirements

- Must possess a Degree / Diploma in any Engineering Discipline
- 10 years’ experience in procurement and commercial business procurement
- Must have previous experience working Aramco
- Cost Estimation
