Property Consultant

Job description / Role

Opportunity for a bright individual to undertake a rewarding permanent role in a busy team for one of our clients in the Middle East. The company is a well known, high profile Property Developer with the headquarters in Dubai, and many branches spread out across multiple continents.

The salary will range between SAR (Saudi Arabian Riyal) 7K - 10K basic + commission. The salary is negotiable depending on abilities.

DUTIES:
- Will be responsible for selling properties to investors.
- Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
- Advise and discuss various opportunities of property services.
- Attend inquiries from any walk in clients.
- Build awareness and knowledge of the property market.

Requirements

- At least 2 years sales experience participating in sales to high net worth individuals/companies.
- Real Estate / High End Automotive / Investment Management / Time-Share / Vacation Ownership / Life Insurance / High End Fine Jewellery.
