Job description / Role
- An Engineering degree
- Experience with U2000/M2000
- Good understanding of IP addressing
- Good understanding of PS Core network and call flow
- Understanding of Telecom network call flows in general
- Good communication skills /Frequent English
- Good Knowledge of Ticketing tool SDM/MOS7100
- Awareness of Ticket SLA/OLA
- Should have at least 2 years’ experience with NOC
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) with minimum 02 years’ experience.
