Public Relations Officer

• To execute and ensure smooth functioning of all PRO (legal / labour and Immigration) related activities of the organization.
• Renew, Amend for MISA license and CR.
• Issuing all kinds of Visas, labor Visa, exit-reentry Visa and Final exit visa, Business visit Visa.
• Issue new Iqama, Renewal and Transfer Iqama.
• Manage Muqeem portal for all company staff.
• Follow up for the company requirements with all government agencies such as MCI, MISA, COC, GOSI, MOHR, Zakat etc.
• Manage Labor contracts and access to the Ajar website to document contracts.
• Apply, Amend, Renew for any required licenses.
• Abshar Amal – renewal, change job, renewal Iqama EST,
• Follow up the cases in the court.

Salary:
SAR 8,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of KSA Labor laws, visa formalities, consulate formalities etc.
• Should have knowledge about the company’s policies & procedures.
• Communication, Negotiation, Influencing, Analytical, Decision Making, Time Management and Delegation Skills.
• Should have at least 3-4 years experience.
