Quality Assurance Specialist

Job description / Role

Responsibilities

- Developing and issuing quality management documents such as policies, procedures, and templates, and making sure they are updated and using the latest versions
- Communicate and coordinate with the Institutional Excellence Department to conduct the necessary audits on the components of the Secretariat's operational model
- Review and suggest changes to the quality management system documents
- Contribute to conducting an internal audit to ensure compliance by regulatory authorities with the components of the quality management system
- Contribute to the design of quality management plans at the level of the Secretariat
- Defining corrective actions to deal with cases of non-conformity and tracking their implementation
