WSP are currently looking to appoint a Quality Director to be accountable and responsible for the management and delivery of excellence in Quality on a major project in NEOM.

Your new role, what's involved?

Responsible for setting the standards to assess compliance against the Quality Management Plan in NEOM Projects and assuring that these standards are met. This includes validation through audit, reviews, monitoring of agreed KPIs and effective action management and follow-up. In addition, the Quality Assurance Director has the following responsibilities:

* Lead and prepare the Quality strategy, including the Quality Management reviews to guide, advise and support the business.
* Lead the planning of audits and review/approve when required.
* Responsible for day to day management of the Quality Team; ensuring they have all resources and empowerment required to undertake and complete their duties.
* Ensure that all quality training needs are identified and planned to drive competency and expertise.
* Advise and lead promotional activities used to promote and enhance quality culture, behaviors and awareness on the project.
* Advise as necessary/monthly on potential causes for concern regarding quality aspects on the project (when identified).
* Leads and follows up on all quality-related client feedback.
* Oversight of the implementation of the Contractors' QMS.
* Review and approve PMC contractor QA/QC personnel.
* Approve Contractor Quality Plan, Audit Plan, and special procedures.
* Monitor Contractor`s performance and report as a part of PQI

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* 20 Years of experience in Quality Management
* Degree / Diploma qualified in an engineering subject
* Qualified Auditor in ISO 9001
* Able to apply quality tools and techniques
* Good knowledge of project quality management systems
* Possess good presentation skills and be able to market the benefits of quality to all stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English
