Quality Inspector - Decorative Paint

With new retail stores opening across Jeddah we require experienced Quality Inspectors to assess all completed paint applications and ensure that they meet our meticulous standards.

As a Kansai Paint Color Quality Inspector you will visit clients’ homes during and after the application of Kansai products and conduct through assessments of the works, ensuring they meet both customer expectations and Kansai Paint’s high standards. You will use your expert knowledge and customer service skills to deal with any complaints or quality issues in an appropriate manner and will advise customers and applicators on the best course of action.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that all application jobs are completed defect-free and to the required specification
- Collect payments from customer premises for completed jobs
- Register complaint, returns and feedback cases
- Propose processes and measures to address service quality gaps proactively
- Monitoring overall performance of services
- Represent the voice of the customer and client. Look after our clients’ long term interests.
- Building a personal relationship with clients
- Collect client feedback on in-store, consultation and application services
- Building service reports, attending service delivery meeting

Requirements

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification
- 2-5 years of experience in related field

Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of painting industry, terminology and theory
- Understanding of paint application methods, faults and problems
- Excellent customer management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with company proprietary software
