Job description / Role
Quality Manager - Jeddah, KSA Rail or Roads experience
Operating as part of the Senior Management team/PMO, and reporting to the Project Director, the Quality Manager Requiring a minimum of 10 years experience, including similar roles of responsibility on Rail or Roads projects and programs, this position directs the Quality function for the program which involves a variety of Rail, Roads and infrastructure projects.
The role
Develop, implement and enforce the project Quality Control plan
Coordinate with other functional managers to ensure correct implementation of project guidelines, contracts and other related procedures.
Coordinate and perform quality audits for the implementation of work process and contract procedures.
Ensures project quality objectives are met.
Responsible for obtaining the necessary commercial and quality resources to plan and execute the work
Provide or ensure training of project personnel on quality programs and processes
Provide technical support on QA/QC related issues
