Job description / Role
Our client is a well known British Cost and PM Consultancy with offices across the world, including a very active and successful presence in Riyadh. They have more than doubled in size in the last couple of years and have a mix of projects ranging from cultural to hospitality to residential.
They require a number of Chartered Quantity Surveyors to join the team, of different seniority. From those just MRICS qualified with just a couple of years experience to Senior and Associate level, they are about to start work on a number of iconic projects and will need candidates to form full Cost Management teams.
• These roles are single status, meaning family sponsorship is not available.

Requirements
• Must be MRICS
• Preference for those UK qualified in QS degree
• Able to demonstrate strong pre contract QS skills, borne out by prior experience and excellent references
• Consultancy experience
• Client facing and confident in approach
• Buildings experience - hotels, resi, commercial, entertainment, leisure, etc.
