Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The job holder is responsible for Managing the Radio Planning Section including Radio Planning and Radio Design Delivery Units.

- Develop performance objectives in coordination with Directorate and continuously conduct progress towards Departmental and strategic objectives and implement periodic performance reports to offer evaluation results and recommend improvements
- Implement improvement to related section policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled to deliver high-quality services
- Carry-out the day-to-day operations, offer expertise, encourage teamwork and coordinate work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employee
- Manage the radio planning team in terms of network preparation for special seasons such as Hajj and Ramandam
- Validate and provide RFP/ HLD/ BOQ and contracts validation for new sites to grow the business
- Prepare coverage simulation and maps for 2G/3G/4G/5G networks ensuring connectivity across the country

Requirements

- Perform trials for new technologies, solutions, and features ensuring their full functionality
- Maintain the radio planning database updated for future reference
- Maintain a historic record of all documents, data, statements related to the function.
- Provide support in related assignments and project as stipulated by management when needed
- Report any issues that may be of risk to the business, operations, systems or employees or any issues related to information security to Enterprise Risk and Information Security team
- Support the Enterprise Risk and Information Security team in the risk mitigation process
- Act as a focal point between staff and head of related division to enhance internal communication
- Develop and motivate staff, conduct the performance, give formal and informal feedback and appraisals and conduct guidance on training programs to maximize employees' performance
