Objectives: Lead and Manager Real Estate Services Department
Reporting to: CEO
Subordinates:
Sales and Marketing Manager / Real Estate Evaluation Section Head / Property Manager / Contracts Manager
Number required: 10
Duration: Full Time
Desired start date: Oct 1, 2015
Probation: 90 Days
Working Hours: 8 Hours
Travel requirements: up to 10% traveling
Gross monthly base salary: starting from 35k-60k
Commission / Bonus: 3 basic Salaries / Year
Other Benefits: Housing, Transportation & Phone Allowances
Requirements
- B.sc in Marketing / Sales / Managment
- At least 5 years as Sales / marketing Director in Real Estate filed in KSA
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Fluent English.

- Leadership skills.
- Business Developing
- expert in ERP application.
Age Range: 35-50
